Meet the Staff

 Betty Ann - Treatment Coordinator

Hello there, I’m glad to meet you! I have many years of general and pediatric dentistry experience, and worked for five years as an assistant for Drs. Hoffman and Wolk before becoming our treatment coordinator. I enjoy meeting new patients and building relationships with them, especially the kids! Part of my job is introducing our patients to the world of braces, and explaining what they can expect during the treatment process. When I am not in the office, I love spending time with my family, including my husband, two daughters, one stepdaughter, one son in law, and one beautiful grandson!

Fay - Treatment Coordinator

As a treatment coordinator, I work with Drs. Hoffman and Wolk during new patient exams and help with each patient as they come in for exams. I help explain treatments to patients and make sure they are totally comfortable with the orthodontic process. The best part of my job is seeing the change in a patient’s appearance and confidence, and how happy they are at the end of treatment! Outside work, I love spending time with my daughter, son in law, granddaughter, son, and husband.

Jennifer - Registered Dental Assistant

Hello, I am a registered dental assistant for our office, and I assist the orthodontists in creating beautiful, healthy smiles! I work directly with our patients and parents as we educate them on everything to do with braces. I love building relationships with our patients throughout treatment, and seeing their happy faces when we’re done. Our doctors are great to work for because they love being orthodontists and it shows! They are a lot of fun and are great at what they do. At home, I have a husband and two young daughters to keep me busy. We love hiking and reading together.

Samantha - Registered Dental Assistant

I work here as a registered dental assistant, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else! I try to always be positive and friendly, and I listen attentively to the concerns of our patients. I love meeting new people and creating beautiful, confident smiles for them. After getting to know a person through treatment, it feels great to see them so happy with their smile. After work, I get to come home to my husband, Tyler. I enjoy shopping, dancing, and traveling in my spare time.

Penny - Registered Dental Assistant

I work here as a registered dental assistant, helping our doctors create beautiful smiles and a wonderful orthodontic experience. The best part of my job is when patients have gone through orthodontic treatment and they are getting their braces off! They are grateful for what we have accomplished for them, and it is really rewarding to see their smiles. I have worked at Hoffman and Wolk Orthodontics for more than 19 years, and I love working for our doctors because their high level of skills and expertise. I am proud of the work we do here. At home, I spend time with my two daughters, Alexa and Thea.

Alexis - Registered Dental Assistant

I get to assist our orthodontists in the treatment area, and I enjoy helping our patients during treatment. Being a registered dental assistant is rewarding because I know I am always providing the best care available. It’s also fun getting to know patients and seeing them grow up. It’s very cool to see their confidence grow as their smiles improve. They are always very grateful and excited when their braces come off! Patients also love our special events and contests throughout the year. At home, I live with my partner, Norm, and my three kids, Drew, Alexandra, and Tyler. 

Keota - Orthodontic Lab Technician

Hello, I am an orthodontic lab technician, and I work in our lab fabricating appliances for our patients. Each appliance that I create is customized for the patient’s mouth, making it comfortable and effective. I take great pride in my work and strive for perfection in every appliance I make. Our patients and families really appreciate how hard we work to make sure they are comfortable during and after treatment. When I’m not in the office, I love to go shopping with friends.

Linda - Orthodontic Lab Technician

As an orthodontic lab technician, I pour models and make the appliances our patients use to keep their smiles straight and healthy. I love what I do because I know my work makes a difference in the lives of our patients. Our practice is a great place to work, and I’m lucky to be part of such a talented team. We love to have fun at patient appreciation movie events and other fun outings!

Fardijah - Registered Dental Assistant

Hi there, I am a registered dental assistant, and I am very attentive to each patient’s needs. I enjoy getting to know the people who come to see us, and hearing their stories and adventures. Our doctors are wonderful people to work for, and I am proud to be part of their team. They have lots of experience and are always teaching us new methods and technology that make our jobs easier and make orthodontics more effective. At home, I live with my spouse, our three kids, one dog and one cat.

Madisen - Registered Dental Assistant

I work in our practice as a registered dental assistant, interacting with the patients and putting their braces on. I love helping every patient feel totally comfortable here and getting them excited about orthodontics. Our doctors are incredibly talented people who always keep the best interests of our patients in mind. Their highest priority is keeping our patients happy and healthy, and I trust them to provide the highest quality treatments. At home, I spend quality time with my husband, Cole.

Veronica - Registered Dental Assistant

As a registered dental assistant, one of my highest priorities is simply listening to our patients. Everyone has different needs and concerns, and I want everyone to feel at home here. I take the time to make everyone feel relaxed, and answer any questions they may have about treatment. I love working with the dentists here because of their confidence, experience, and their generous hearts. After work, I love coming home to my husband, Osatimwen, and our two daughters, Eghosa and Endosa.

Reina - Registered Dental Assistant

As a registered dental assistant, I assist the orthodontist and also have independent duties. My favorite part of my job is seeing the final smile that we achieve. Of course, I also love getting to know our patients and have made many wonderful friends here. I enjoy being part of our team, and helping to change and improve our patients’ smiles. I have been an orthodontic assistant with Hoffman and Wolk since 1984 and appreciate their compassion and professionalism. After work, I love hanging out with my three daughters.

Karen - Receptionist

As our receptionist, I get to greet patients and their families as they come into our office. I also schedule appointments, take payments, and make sure patients feel totally comfortable here. Our doctors have a high level of professionalism and expert knowledge of orthodontics because of the continuing education they provide for themselves as well as our staff. In my family, my husband and I have two married children and one crazy 14-pound cat.

Janet - Receptionist

Hi there, it’s great to meet you! I am a receptionist in our office, and I schedule appointments, answer phones, schedule new patient exams, and receive payments. I am professional and friendly, and I enjoy making lasting relationships with my patients. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing how happy and confident patients are after having their braces off! We always have something fun going on for patients and their families, like contests with lots of prizes to win! At home, I come home to Dan, my boyfriend of seven years.
